Why I’m Here

I’m a drummer, a thinker, a collector, and I love the snow, but above all, I love to write. When nothing else is appetizing I still want to write. Always have, always will, and so I do.

One question, did you mean to put drummer or dreamer? Do you actually play the drums? Random question perhaps, but now I want to know. heh.

Nice to “meet” you, Cambria : ) You are a talented writer. You also sound like a true writer, as you write no matter what.

Thanks for stopping by my blog. Love your tagline! BTW, what do you collect? Just curious!

    • Well… I suppose you could say that I collect collections! : ) I collect bottle caps, wind chimes (there are currently 36 hanging from my ceiling), birthday cake candles, broken glass, and snow globes! People call me a pack rat, but personally I just find stuff to be interesting more than not! : )

It’s funny you should say that; my nick-name as a kid was pack rat too! I loved collecting paper of all shapes and kinds: newspapers, brochures, pages of old textbooks, chocolate wrappers. I miss being a collector sometimes!

  14. I love to write too! So i know that feeling when you are in that writing mode and all is right with the world, keep on writing.

Thanks for stopping by my blog and liking “Just a Piece of Wood.” I like what I’ve seen of your blog, as well.

  16. I’m just curious, dear…a collector?

    • Yes! I tend to find things more as treasure than trash, and so I find myself suddenly with 30 some odd wind chimes, a mountain of snow globes, and plenty of other miniature collections. I know it’s strange, but I love the noise candles make when you click them together, and so I collect those too along with broken glass, matches, and coins. Nothing of extraordinary wealth, it’s just fun : )
